Matthew F. McGahren, Esq. leads up the business litigation and/or transactions department of McGahren, Gaskill & York, LLC, not only because he has experience in trying numerous jury trials involving business/contract litigation but because he himself has been part owner of several ventures, including a restaurant, a retail franchise, real estate investment company and the establishment of a law practice.
